whenever trying to use the mod, without space age, it prevents the mod from working, using the following error code:

Failed to load mods: Error while loading recipe prototype "stone-waterwell" (recipe): Surface conditions are disabled and can not be used. Surface conditions require space-travel.

i'll try and push a fix tomorrow, sounds like i just need to do a small check to see if space age is loaded before trying to create recipes
