speeds and feeds

Adds Startup Options to change length of pipe to grounds, and Underground belts. Adds Startup Options to change speed of belts. Also includes a small qol fix for belt related items. Belts, underground belts and splitters are now fast replaceable with vanilla belts and vise versa.

The values don't change.
also noticing that the Deep space belts are not on the list to adjust.
i do also notice that the space belt speed is seemingly tied to blue belts adjusted by bob's Except the underground length.

deepspace have their own control in Space Exploration

having Bobs enabled turns off belt speed.
"If bob’s logistics is installed vanilla settings are disabled as bobs has a scaling feature"

you can fork it and such - im not going to try again and work around bobs belt jank

The post is about K2 and some SE belt but not bob's as i know that much i reported the problem with mod when it was newer. still don't understand why i can't adjust the K2 belts which is what the images shows.

Only part about bob's i point out is that SE copies the speed of blue belts which is also controlled by bob's and u have a setting for the space belt in SE.

thank you for bringing this to my attention - bobs logistics has been made a conflict.

feel free to fork, I am not skillful enough to work around bobs jank sauce.
