Added the startup options to:
adjust Vanilla belts Lengths and speeds
adjust Vanilla pipe to ground lengths
adjust Krastorio2 belts Lengths and speeds
adjust Krastorio2 steel pipe to ground lengths
adjust Space Exploration space pipe speeds
adjust advanced belts speed and underground length
adjust Exotic industries neo belt speed and underground length, and insulated pipe to ground length

on top of the existing settings to change the space pipe, space belt and deep space belt lengths

Bobs is a Conflict as it overwrites belt settings and im not going to bother working around it as that is out of my skill level - feel free to fork.
