Adds Startup Options to change length of pipe to grounds, and Underground belts. Adds Startup Options to change speed of belts. Also includes a small qol fix for belt related items. Belts, underground belts and splitters are now fast replaceable with vanilla belts and vise versa.

sure can, however, I cant change the belt box crafting speed.

I understood, and exactly for my there're no necessity to change speed of these beltboxes, don't want to say for another players

Forgot to write about wish for pipes
Can you add length changing for 2 pipes types from pyanodon mods - Niobium Pipes and Multipurpose Pipes + for bob's pipes too, can't remember is there any special pipes in angel mods

bob's pipes: 🤢 waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to many
bobs already has good scaling, I dont think I need to throw my hat in that ring.
Im not seeing the multipurpose pipes
