Is there any way I can edit the mod to downgrade the version of factorio that the mod need? I mean, the mod become cool after you created the options but it was created after the upgrade to factorio 1.1 and i play on factorio 1.0 ;-;

Unzip the mod, open info.json and replace every "1.1" by "1.0", then place the folder in %Appdata%/Factorio/mods. (No need to zip it up again, do make sure it's not nested in another folder of the same name when you unzip.)

You could bump version 1.1 up to 0.2.0, and stay with the 1.0 version in 0.1.x.
