Hello, I have a reproducible bug to submit. I have regular locomotives, no space trains unlocked yet. One locomotive with a cargo wagon and another locomotive with a fluid wagon are colliding into each other. There are no signals on the rails, so they're continually grinding into each other and slowly taking damage. If I try to place a rail signal without separating them by driving one manually, then I consistently get the non-recoverable error.

I got the error without me doing anything earlier, but it occurred off-screen and don't know if there is another cause. I couldn't reproduce it in the way I thought it was happening by damaging a locomotive with a rocket up until the other locomotive finishes it off.
