A mod that adds new funny sounds for Speakers

All sounds that were added are UA/RU memes.
Let me know if you're interested and I can add something else.

Change instructions for those who want to add their own sound locally:
1. Go to the folder %appdata%\Factorio\mods\Soundpack-for-speakers-meme-v1-1_1.0.7\Soundpack-for-speakers-meme
2. Add your sound in ogg format to the sound folder
3. Go to the data-updates.lua file and add a new line with your sound as well as all the sounds in this file
4. Go to locale\en, open the en.cfg file, add a new line with your sound as well as all the sounds in this file.
