Are you using 1.2.12? Also, could you send your mod list/settings?
P.S. For the mod list could you send a word if you have one (I doubt it since line: 660 is 'on_cutscene_finished' but you never know)
If you can could you try the mod by itself? so that I can pinpoint if it's caused by a conflict with another mod or just SI.
