When you copy settings with a mouse (shift+click), the offset is copied incorrectly.
Far lane becomes middle, near lane becomes far

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place two inserters (duh!)
2. Change first inserter's pick up offset and drop off offsets no any configuration other than default
3. Copy settings to second inserter
4. Observe incorrect offset

P.S. Looks like offsets are inverted when copied. Up becomes down, left becomes right

Still happening if you copy "near" lane inserter. After copying it changes to "far" lane

Fixed again, this time should work properly in all cases
