When the manipulator settings are blocked by technology, the hotkeys continue to change all the positions of the manipulator

Just finished implementing it... I still don’t know if the fix will come with the new major feature or by itself, only time will tell (probably by itself in the next update)

Now the hotkeys are blocked by technology, but when you try to press the hotkey, the game freezes completely.

I need a bit more context becase for me it work just fine.
