Since storage tanks are altered, Fluid wagons should also change, otherwise fluid wagons have 10x the throughput, meaning your train network's stress is reduced tremendously. This logic is further emphasized in that you have changed barrels to also be /10, as they should. Just my two cents. I'm currently playing K2 and have changed it manually for myself.
