Small Space Age

Each planet is replaced by a hyperbolic projection of limited size. Requires the Infinite Resources dependency to be playable. It is also strongly recommended to put 'Fulgora Islands' map sliders to the max.

i Enemy bases & projections

Curious why you made them indestructible, since the option to create new nests exists?

Killing every biter and/or pentapod would allow the player to potentially hardlock themselves, which is a challenge many other mods offer and a softlock is near always possible in base game, so IMO preventing moving these bases just locks the player to making modules at the edges or surrounding them with walls and filtered lasers. There's not much else of an option present, the nests being indestructible mean either you keep them fed with bioflux or keep lasers set up after you reach nuclear power and the third option of "box of turrets with a factory in the middle" is personally kinda dull.

I'd like to request a toggle for enemy base indestructibility, because the requirement for eggs also renders enemy bases as a requirement and a note stating "total destruction of enemy bases can result in a hardlock" or something of that effect should be more than sufficient for anyone intelligent enough to read.

I really like the idea for the projection, I personally feel like the edges look a little too squished and the default size is a little small... but very minor things which can be mostly adjusted by the provided radius setting well enough for me.

The intent was to stick closer to base game with regard to threats, but it’s not tested much. I’ve been alerted to softlocks on Gleba and it looks like we’ll need a different system.

An option to disable indestructibility exists but it’s in the runtime settings. I’ll likely make it disabled by default.

It’s possible to make other projections. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
