Discarded sleeves have a 50% of being recovered, and a sleeve is needed at the destination to make the transfer, so you'll need to put some thought into managing your stock.

In order to ping pong all of your nebulous thinky stuff across the cosmos, you'll also need atleast one satellite (any will do, and mods can add their own via interface) launched into orbit around your destination.
