I love your mod but I would like to make it a bit more komplex/complicated.

I am pretty new to mods so this idea might be stupid but:
I think its already possible to play with bob's electronics, logistic, power & revamp
the only thing I am missing is "bob's metals, chemicals and intermediates mod" which requires "bob's ores"
Is it possible for you to add recipes to get the ores from sediment or any other way?

This is an interesting bit of coming full circle. Mostly the inspiration for this mod was to play Sea Block (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/SeaBlock) but without Angelbobs, so it's kind of a funny request to add some Bob's stuff here.

However, adding Bob's ores from sediment seems like a reasonable enough request, I can probably work on that.

Since old seablock is still not compatible with 2.0, thats the closest I can get.

Seablock is being updated to 2.x, but it obviously takes some time since it's such a big overhaul mod with a lot of things to balance. It's always still possible to download 1.1.110 standalone (.zip version) and install the existing seablock on it. The person who's maintaining all the mods of Bobingabout, and Angel666 is also the one maintaining Seablock, so they have a lot on their plate.

I ran into another problem.
I can't craft a lab because I need basic circuit boards which requires a technology which will be unlocked later via lab.
There might be more problems coming up so it might not even be worth working on it.

1.8.0 adds recipes for various Bob's ores from sediment. They should honour most of the settings like gem secondaries, etc.

I might think about adding Angel's ores once Angel's Refining moves to 2.1.

I also tested with the set of mods you mentioned above and was able to craft a lab, so I'm not sure what circuit board issue you were describing. I haven't given it anything resembling a full playthrough so please let me know if you encounter other issues.

Hey, thank you so much for your work!
"bobs ores" and "bobs metals,..." seems to work fine.

after realizing I need factorio 2.1 experimental to get your latest version of this mod and updating.. I still ran into the same problem

I never mentioned that I use K2SO too, which caused the problem together with "bob's electronics"
sorry about that. mb !!!

Using both mods (bobs electronics + K2SO):
To craft a lab I need "bob-basic-circuit-board" which is not possible until I researched it. And I can't research it without labs & tech-cards.

If you interested in fixing that:
- Easiest way might be to start with10 "bob-basic-circuit-board", that's enough to craft a lab and start the tech tree.
- It should not be possible to craft green electronic circuits from 4:copperWire + 1:wood + 1:ironPlate,
because its way too easy (we want to use "bobs electronics" recipe)

This appears to be a Krastorio-Bob's incompatibility. Running Bob's + K2SO without Simple Seablock installed at all shows exactly the situation you're describing, so I don't believe a fix belongs in this mod. Plus, I'm guessing trying to run Bob's plus Krastorio will cause a bunch of other similar issues.

In theory Krastorio2 and/or Bob's should declare the other as an incompatible dependency, though the graphic at the top of Krastorio2's mod page pretty clearly states that you shouldn't run it alongside other overhauls like the Bob's suite.
