Adds hotkeys to adjust inserter pickup and drop locations.

Augmented or new ways of transporting materials - belts, inserters, pipes!
When you flip a blueprint either horizontally or vertically containing an inserter with a drop location off-center and/or with a pickup location at a 90 degree angle, the drop and pickup locations are not flipped accordingly.
This isn't something I can fix. Please report it as a bug on the official forums, as this is something the game engine should be handling.
