Installed mod, shows as installed under the inserter UI, hotkeys are completely unresponsive. Incompatibility with latest game version?

After some playing around, I found that placed inserters function just fine with the mod. It seems the issue is with inserters that have not yet been placed in build mode. Unable to tell if it is a purely graphical bug or if the mod just doesn't function. The Bob's Inserters mod also has the same issue.

Ghosts display the arm in the position it's built in, which is always 180° from the drop-off. The arm only moves to the pickup position after it is built and receives power.

To see the correct pickup direction on ghosts you need to enable Show inserter arrows in "Alt-mode" in Interface Settings
