When I copy (SHIFT + RIGHT-CLICK) and paste (SHIFT + LEFT-CLICK) the filters between a "Filter Inserter" and a "Long Filter Inserter" (provided by the "Long Inserters" mod (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Long Inserters)), a inserter turns into another. In other words, a "Long Filter Inserter" becomes a "Filter Inserter" or a "Filter Inserter" becomes a "Long Filter Inserter"!
This bug only happens if I have also installed the "Side Inserters" mod.

I thought I had a working solution but then I realised it could break copying and pasting positions for programmable inserters added by other mods, so I'm still thinking about it.

I see that the copy / paste feature copy the configuration enabled by this mod (pickup and dropoff location, etc). Maybe this bug is caused by this feature? If this was the case, could you disable this feature? I don't thins it is much useful (It is not even possible to copy the original rotation of the inserter!).

I've rewritten the rotation code in the latest version, which also made it possible to fix this issue. Pasting between inserters with different reach distances now keeps rotation angle (and drop position settings) but rests distance to the new inserter's default.
