Graphics update for Bob's mods. Buildings are colored by tier as well as adding some hi-res versions where bob hasn't yet. NO recipe changes/rebalance.

I think it would be cool to see some different train skins based on the tier. For example tier 1 could be the normal, tier 3 some kind of bullet train and reinforced trains with some spikes or idk.
