Graphics update for Bob's mods. Buildings are colored by tier as well as adding some hi-res versions where bob hasn't yet. NO recipe changes/rebalance.

Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Krastorio updates the icons of several vanilla items to 64 pixels images and updates the icon size correctly. ShinyBobGFX then comes along and changes the icons back to a 32 pixel icon doesn't update the icon_size. Factorio then refuses to load because it is expecting a 64 pixel icon but got a 32 pixel one instead.
