I have everything up to date
-Factorio version 17.38
-Bobs Warfare 0.17.6
-shinybobgfx 0.17.7

That's a bob's error. I've reported it to him so probably we'll have a fix soonish. It occurs when you have warfare and don't have either BobPersonalEquipment BobVehicleEquipment. If you remove ShinyBobGFX you still get the same error.

Short term, add either equipment mod and all should be fine till a fix happens.
