Graphics update for Bob's mods. Buildings are colored by tier as well as adding some hi-res versions where bob hasn't yet. NO recipe changes/rebalance.

Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
It's in the title. I've been developing a modpack and my own mod alongside that balances bobs and angels throughout (maybe even does some things better than vanilla factorio) and I was surprised to find the solar panel icon doesn't match itself in the grid. This seems like an easy change to make (temporarily I'll probably introduce my own little fix).
