Graphics update for Bob's mods. Buildings are colored by tier as well as adding some hi-res versions where bob hasn't yet. NO recipe changes/rebalance.

Please fix the inserter stuff, the new Bob's logistic mess every single inserter with a graphic i personally 100% DISLIKE! Put things back the old way please!
xeln - The old setup doesn't work well with the additional inserters. At a minimum I have plans to make the difference between a blue inserter and a blue filter inserter much more apparent. Anything more will take some thought.
