Graphics update for Bob's mods. Buildings are colored by tier as well as adding some hi-res versions where bob hasn't yet. NO recipe changes/rebalance.

Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
I'm assuming you want the original graphics from Bob's, not vanilla? If that is the case, feel free to delete/disable the lines that replace those graphics. Around line 1760 in most versions. I'm not comfortable enough with how options work to add them yet, but the default will still be 'on' for those graphics.
If you actually want vanilla circuits back, it's not my mod removing them.
