Graphics update for Bob's mods. Buildings are colored by tier as well as adding some hi-res versions where bob hasn't yet. NO recipe changes/rebalance.

Does this replace the one Necriptos made?
Or should I use both? He's done some work with the technology buttons as well as how the chips and bullets look.
This does not replace that mod, it does however overwrite his when we've both made changes. (Circuits only I believe). Once I learn how, I'll add some config thingies so you can disable portions of mine. Currently there doesn't appear to be a conflict so feel free to use both and deal with the circuit from mine for now.
