I played the pack a few years ago, and had left the save for a while to do different things. I come back and all of the steam assemblers are gone. I looked for them in every mod, but I couldn't see them. Where did they go?
Steam powered assemblers are generally added by Bob's Assembling Machines mod. However Sea Block disables them (and a lot of other stuff) to reduce clutter.
