Failed to load mods: Difficulty normal: Cycle in technology tree detected.

Disabled all mods except this, able to load.

I get the same error. This is with a Factorio installation that has a ton of mods installed. So I made a separate Factorio installation that only has the minimum mods installed. This is working properly, so it seems the error is in another mod. I tried searching the mod files for ore-crushing to find out which one has the error, but haven't been able to find anything useful.

I narrowed this down to combining the mods Bob's Tech and Angel's Bio Processing and made a post on Bob's Tech https://mods.factorio.com/mod/bobtech/discussion/5f2c2a00168a02e852ccce85

Bob responded to my request with a solution: disable the burner phase.
