If I toggle all mods, what seablock needs, i get error: "SeaBlock/data-updates.lua:559: attempt to index local "effect"(a number value)"
What can i do with it?
You need a mod that is a dependency while still not being said to be a dependency in the SeaBlock mod. You probably need "Bob Plates and intermediates". Look through the other posts here which has the same problem as you.
