Hi.
Chemical Laser Flash Fuel is not craftable, because you need light oil as well as heavy oil. However, you need chemical sciencepacks first. And since these require the Chemical Laser Flash Fuel, I now have a problem.

Hi, TornBreeze. Just to make your statement clear, I just got to this point, myself, playing BZMods + Science Cost Tweaker. Thought it was the combo that failed, but blue science still requires heavy/light oil, rendering it impossible.
