b Startup error with Angel's Industries optional technology overhaul

With Angel's Industries alpha technology overhaul is on and ScienceCostTweaker is enabled, I see this error on startup:

Failed to load mods: Difficulty normal: Cycle in technology tree detected.

angels-components-cabling-2
-> tech-green-circuit
-> tech-green-packs
-> angels-components-cabling-2

It works fine with Angel's Industries with the tech overhaul disabled.

currently mod is not compatibile with angels industry technology overhaul, i plan to support that in near future, but don't have ETA.
