I tried to load this mod (without any other mod installed) in v. 1.1.48/49 and it won't load becouse of the new tip about dragging poles. Will there be an update to this mod that fixes this problem?

Unfortunately I am away from home until February. So I'll see what I can do but I can't make any promises right now. In the meantime, you can select the earlier version of Factorio if you want to continue. Not ideal, I fully admit, but it'll work.
