(Port of Neko14789's mod from 1.1) Adds Startup Options to change length of Space Exploration pipe to ground, space underground belt and deep space underground belts. Also includes a small qol fix for belt related items. Belts, underground belts and splitters are now fast replacable with vanilla belts and vise versa.
