Launch rockets at biters (and probably at your own base defense)
[I don't plan on updating this to 2.0, since Space Age now has its own rocket turrets.]
Since the factorio team releases their own rocket turret with the Space Age DLC, this mod will most likely deprecate, so I won't add new functionality for now.
If someone wants to implement it regardless, please send a PR over at github.
