Realistic Reactors

Add realistic nuclear reactors including a breeder reactor type and cooling tower. The reactors must be controlled through integrated circuit interface signals. The thermal energy output is dynamic and depends on reactor core temperature. The reactors require sophisticated designs of their cooling system and heat-pipe network. If the operational conditions aren't met then a reactor core meltdown with dangerous consequences occurs

b [BUG] 0.17.76 - Stalled Reactors

Reactors have hard stalled and for some reason the inserters are putting the cells in, and they're going into a void. As in literally disappearing.

Condition: No fuel cells present in reactor, reactor not SCRAM'd or running or starting.

Action: Inserter inputs fuel cell into reactor.

Bug: Fuel cell goes to Narnia.

Blueprint for duplication in a vacuum, landfill included.

Fair warning, my save is very UPS intensive, low spec systems will CHOKE running this save. Omit Charge Transmission if that's a problem.

Addendum, manually fueling the reactor works to workaround the problem.

I didn't test with 0.17.7 yet, but it worked in earlier versions.
Does this happen with all your reactors or only one? Also when you rebuild it manually? What if you move the inserter to another tile?

The reactor works invisible in the background, what you see on the map is only an interface for you (and the inserters) to interact with the reactor. Maybe there's a problem with the sync between interface and reactor, but I couldn't imagine why an update should cause this.

Either a patch fixed this issue or I can't reproduce anymore. The reactors that were stalled on 17.76 I manually fueled. At one point the game was left running over 24 hours, and has been patched twice since, to include mod updates. Could have been anything. Will post here again if this crops back up, but for now I think we'll call this a mystery occurrence.
