If the "Atomic Bomb" research has already been completed, the "Fission Artillery Shell" and "Uranium Shotgun Shell" research aren't unlocked when you install the mod.

Looks like the \migrations folder is within the \prototype folder, so the on-mod-install.lua migration is not run. If the \migration folder is moved to the root of the mod, the scripts will run and unlock the technology. However, the call to check mods["krastory2"] needs to be updated, as the mods[] variable isn't initialized when first run.

Fixed in 1.5.4, thanks for the report.
Migrations worked inside the prototypes folder when I made them, Factorio probably changed it or something.
