It doesn't seem like your mod has an option to configure the stack sizes for mining drills. I feel that it's a slight oversight, with this otherwise fantastic mod.
I don't know how modding for this game works, but mining drill seems to be a 'type'. It seems very useful if you have mods that add different tiers of mining drills
