Thanks for report. This appeared as a result of the bug-fixing "factorio". At the moment of take-off, the character is transplanted into a "flying" car. As a result, the pressed acceleration button is not perceived by the game.
In the new version of the mod, the landing speed is too low. Now it's easier to start accelerating again.
If someone is going to write a report to the developers, ask them to add read / write energy used by the transport. This will solve the problem of fuel loss during take-off and landing.
