Newly placed entities that support color assignment are given a random one when placed, if not preset (setting to change). Also allows changing the color to a random one via hotkey.

Is there any way to add a lamp to the exceptions?
The problem is that when placing lamps, they always have a different color, and it is excruciatingly boring to change their color to white every time :(
Was not aware it applied to lamps in the first place. Guessing that's from the 2.0 change that allows you to set their color manually instead of just with through a signal.
That I can probably do via a setting, since that would be the entire class of lamp prototypes, rather than having to use individual prototype names.
Important to note lamps only change color if the option to override preset colors is on. There's now a new option that prevents lamps from being overwritten unless it is enabled.
