This mod only adds the UI to add / remove groups of enemies into existing in Target Priorities.
The artillery doesn't have Target Priorities, so this mod will not change that.
If there are other mods that have something like Artillery with Target Priority, then it will work, but as mentioned in FFF-410 the problem is with optimized artillery shooting logic:
The artillery turret does not support the priorities/filters, due to the way the optimized artillery shooting logic works. This probably isn't a big problem because we should just kill everything anyway.
So it seems the only workaround is to use modded turrets like Cannon Turret as suggested in this forum post: https://forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?t=130442
