Fixes the sprite size bug preventing Rampant 0.18.16 from loading with new enemies enabled and attempts to add basic support for the Scarabs/Psykers from Angel's Exploration.

WARNING: This mod uses the sethook function from the lua debug library, so it won't be compatibile with any other mods using debug hooks.

For anyone wondering, the weird mod filename is to influence the mod load order and minimize debug hook calls, hopefully to speed up loading.
