Replaces the portable fusion generator with a Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generator (RTG). This renames the fusion generator and gives it a new recipe. So, it should not break any mods that rely on the fusion generator. A mod that adds Plutonium (such as Nuclear Fuel by GotLag) is required. Otherwise the mod won't do anything.
