The (W.I.P.) Radiative Tower (heavilly inspired by thesixthroc's https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Cerys-Moon-of-Fulgora. The Radiative Tower emits heat to the surrounding area, preventing freezing of nearby entities.

Features:
- Heats nearby entities to prevent freezing.
- (WIP) Heat Pipe connecions.
- To do: gradual heating radius increase following the temperature increase. For now tower heats an entire radius completely almost instantly.
- To do: my own graphics (these graphics are from the Cerys mod).
- To do: Compatibility with Cerys mod.
