Redux of Flaming Carrot's unupdated mod. This mod adds a new item called the Radioisotope thermoelectric generator to the recipe for the Satellite that requires five Uranium Fuel Cells, incorporating Uranium content into the main research game. Slightly tweaked from the original mod to require more Uranium and less other goods for the Satellite, so there will be slightly higher costs to Space Science.

Also added the RTG as an ingredient for Portable Fusion Reactors so those now make more sense.
