Got this error while starting factorio client after enabling qef:

Can I have a modlist? The error is in an interaction between QEF and a different mod.

I'm also kinda curious what assembling machine would have placeable_by=nil and minable=nil.

please try again; I got confirmation from someone on the Discord that this seems to be specifically Cerys, which answers why placeable_by=minable=nil on an assembling_machine-type.
