I found a possible regression in QualityAssurance 1.5.0.

When Relabeler is enabled, the vanilla Recycler has fewer result inventory slots than normal (vanilla: 12 slots).

When I disable Relabeler, the vanilla Recycler immediately returns to its normal 12 slots.

Reproduction:

1. QualityAssurance 1.5.0
2. Relabeler: ON → Recycler has reduced slots
3. Relabeler: OFF → Recycler returns to 12 slots

I noticed that the Relabeler prototype is created by deep-copying the vanilla Recycler and then setting:

RelabelerMachine.result_inventory_size = 1

I don't know if this is the direct cause, but it may be worth checking whether the Relabeler prototype affects the original Recycler.

I checked (or well asked some friends of mine to check as it wasn't a convenient time for me to start up factorio) and this issue is not present with just QA enabled - the recycler and AMS recycler both have all 12 of their output slots, regardless of whether the relabeler is enabled or not.
The deep-copying is supposed to prevent exactly this from happening, as it copies everything about the recycler prototype itself, but looses the reference to where the prototype was.
The issue you're experiencing is most likely caused by another mod, rather than QA. I have no idea why turning the relabeler off/on would change it, though.
