Can you tell what other mods do you use? I think the problem might be caused by a cycle in the technological tree. Especially those that add/change techs

Honestly I use a lot of mods but the main is all the planets lite, infinite tiers plus.

you can temporarily download 1.3.7, since 1.3.8 update seems to break it. Whatever changed that it happens now. (i have infinite load or atleast i stopped the load after 5 minutes of letting it load)

yeah I have a backup re-installed 1.3.7 and good to go again. Just wanted to inform of the bug

Cycles in the technology tree aren't possible. What I do know is that all the mods that were reported for errors in 1.3.7 (even age of production, though I forgot to test that one facepalm for the issue it was mentioned for) don't cause this error in 1.3.8. (that's all at once + dependencies)

Not kidding about many lines, after waiting 10-15 minutes on loading, the error log had thousands of lines of this, so many it lagged my computer trying to scroll through it. I also run the all planets lite and infinite quality plus. I suspect it could have to do with an interaction with infinite quality plus, given the near infinite repetition of the error.

Edit: Loading just quality assurance and infinite quality tiers plus works fine. Will try narrowing it down on the planet list I guess.

Edit 2: Seems to be an issue with Muluna, Moon of Nauvis.

PS: ---can anyone let me know how to downgrade to 1.3.7?--- forget that, I'm just removing Muluna. It has caused me enough pain.

Cycles in the technology tree aren't possible.

They can't exist after the prototype stage, but they are possible during it. Muluna mod (planet-muluna) has one during data-updates :D Maybe it's done to make it compatible with other planet mods... I guess.

On Download tab you can choose any version available

(should be) Fixed in 1.3.9.
