Jacks up Pyanodon building pollution to the appropriate 0.17 values. Due to a change in the Factorio API or something, the pollution values from the older mods got messed up and are all set at 0.06 per minute--including for the combustion turbines. Now mostly complete, but may not be balanced. Pyanodon's original configs were pretty filthy, so I put them back that way. Automated application of the formula has been implemented in v1.0.0, see changelog for covered machines.
