This is what happens when modders remove vanilla things.

The funny thing is that the Interstellar Science Pack isn't even vanilla. So your statement is wrong, or at least poorly expressed.

All this mod does is iterate through recipes, and any that have allow_productivity without their own tech that fills that role, adds the research tech for productivity.

I'm not sure how to ensure this mod loads last. It's likely adding productivity research for something that then is being removed by the mod mentioned.
