it seems like the setting for disabling the research of recycling (etc.) doesnt work? i tried with it on and off, and the research is still there

also, as asked before, would be nice if there would be an option to disable certain researches (like maybe in a text, "disable listed research" and have a box where u write it, then it wouldnt be like 50 options)

Yeah, the scrap recycling is basegame.
I will think about adding a way to disable researches; it's probably not as easy as you suggest since the general use-case is probably not "just list a single recipe", you would probably want to block huge categories of them.
