Unofficial addon for IR3. Modifies recipes to produce scrap byproducts. Optionally adds new scrap processing recipes for an extra logistical challenge.

Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Currently, some alloying recipes give scrap, but not all.
Alloys that don't give back scrap: bronze
Alloys that give back scrap: steel, brass
Also, all alloy recipes give back no scrap when smelt in arc furnace.
I suggest change all alloying recipes to give back no scrap, to be consistent, and to conserve the total number of ingots.
