A collection of changes to vanilla factorio production to make more use of complex intermediate products rather than large quantities of basic parts. Instead of needing large numbers of circuits for modules or gears for transport belts for example, now they use a variety of intermediates or other items relevant to their purpose.

Over time extra content has also been introduced, with most of it being optional to accommodate different play styles:
- By default, smelted resources now produce ingots which are then made into plates, gears, cables, and rods.
- An option for extra circuit parts introduces resistors, integrated circuits, and antennae as intermediates in circuit production and dedicated uses elsewhere.
- An option for extra chemistry replaces coal in some recipes with graphite as well as introducing refined silicon made from stone.
- An option for alternate recipes which allow for more efficient or convenient recipes to be unlocked for some mass-produced items.

I'm still looking into other processes that could be introduced while allowing content flexibility and avoiding excessive bloat, so feedback is appreciated.
